Large/ Main Bedroom Parking Stall

Move in date October 1st. I am looking for a female roommate to rent the main room in my apartment with has its own full bathroom. The use of the one parking stall could be solely available to use if that is the agreement we work out. I do not have any pets and prefer no pets as I am allergic to cats and the apartment is too small for most dogs. I am located in a very nice neighborhood with a shopping center and restaurants directly across a small street. I am looking for a working professional female only, not looking for a male roommate so please don't message me. This is not a dating app, thank you. The rent I am asking will cover splitting the rent and utilities. I have lived here for over 4 years so there is no move in cost but you may have to pay the management a fee to do a credit/ background check which is about $. Washer and Dryer are in the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator so you have to be ok climbing stairs daily.
