Hey everyone! I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or studio around $, or a roommate situation where l'd pay around $. I work full time in Maitland and would love to find a place nearby to keep the commute short.
A bit about me: I'm , love going to the gym, self-development, finance, and spending time at the beach or pool. I don't drink or smoke and would prefer a roommate who doesn't either or at least doesn't smoke. I'd also prefer no cats in the apartment.
