I am choosing to move out -
There are 3 girls that currently live there, all are and students. The girls are so sweet and respectful! Very tidy and organized. They use the living room quite a bit but also like their personal space. (one room available) - Huge bedroom with ensuite private bathroom. Ceilings are vaulted in bedroom and common spaces. Comes fully furnished. Bedroom includes bed frame, mattress, 1 nightstand, drawer dresser. Common space includes 2 couches, large tv and entertainment space, dining table with 6 chairs, full kitchen (microwave, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large pantry), shared in unit washer and dryer, wheel chair accessible (all one floor). Private and gated driveway/parking lot (4 spots - one for each tenant).
