Furnished room w/bathroom available

Looking for Female Housemate.Townhomes in Heritage Harbour. It would start as a short-term rental. Furnished. Now to January, possibly longer, which I can explain if you contact me. I have two senior cats, so must be okay with cats. I supply cleaning supplies and ask that you do your share and clean up your own personal space. You have access to all living areas. Private bathroom except the laundry room is in the main bathroom that you would be using. I sometimes would need to go in there to do my laundry. My former rommate and I had no problems. No smoking inside or out please but we can work it out if you use medical MJ. I am a night person and sometimes I have guests or my young adult children over, but  not very often. If you are strictly a morning person and go to bed at 9 PM every night It might not work out. It's not that I'm loud, but I'm up and have the tv on late sometimes. If I do ever have guests, I will be respectful not to make too much noise if you're trying to go to bed for work. I work in the medical field per diem so my schedule varies. I don't mind you having guests over as long as I know ahead of time even a little partying is okay as long as I know and it's not too wild and there's no cigarettes. I like the house to be clean, but I'm not OCD about it. The community has a community pool and a lot of places to walk or run. The room is my daughter's room who is away. Any of the clutter you might see in the picture will be put away. I just wanted to get some photos on here. I have bedding or you can bring your own if you prefer. The cost of the rent includes all utilities and cleaning supplies.
