I'm on the lookout for a room in the Tampa-St. Petersburg metro area. My current lease in Miami wraps up at the end of August, so I’m aiming to move in by the last week of August.

-Job: I work from home in HR, so I'm around most of the day.

-Transport: I’ve got my own car, so parking is a plus.

-Lifestyle: Clean, responsible, and I don’t smoke or have pets.

-Hobbies: I enjoy weightlifting and salsa dancing.

What I’m Looking For:
-Room: Furnished is preferred but not a dealbreaker.

-Location: Anywhere convenient in the Tampa-St. Pete area.

-Move-in Date: By the last week of August.
