Private room for rent

Hey Everyone!

My roommates and I are searching to fill one bedroom in a home in Maitland at the end of August / by September 1st. Location is right off with super quick access to I-4, downtown, Casselberry, Winter Park, and Altamonte.

Bathroom would be shared with 2 other girls, it has a ton of storage and double sink so it provides space for everyone. The house has a 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, a screened in porch and pool, and a large fenced in yard, so there’s a lot of space.

Rent is $ including the pool service, but before utilities. Utilities are split 4 ways and right now electric is at its peak so all utilities add up to about $/person, but go down to about $/person in cooler months. Other bills include bimonthly lawn service ($/service / $/month), internet ($/month), and rent insurance ($6/month).

One pet okay upon discussion - we already have cats in house so pet must be okay with other pets. We have a monthly pet fee that would be split upon all the pets ($ total so would $) I have 3 cats and Nina has 2, but our cats are never out of our room at the same time so they aren’t ever all out in the house at once! We keep the litter boxes in our room to prevent the house ever smelling.

About us: I’m Adriana, , work at a local restaurant, love to cook and bake, go to the gym, festivals, cats, music, and reality tv.
Nina, , works in childcare and a retail, loves festivals as well, EDM, making jewelry/DIY crafts, and is plants.
Angie, , works for the Orlando City Utility Department in IT, loves karaoke, and coffee.
We are all friends who enjoy hanging out and are looking for the same!

No couples no exceptions, females preferred, LGBTQ+ and friendly. We are all in our mid ’s and would like to keep it within a similar age range. see We use a monthly cleaning chart to keep up house chores.
