Hi

I am looking to rent my large spare room with balcony with great DTLA views.
My place is a 2 floor town-home and very spacious.
It would be a shared bath. I typically get ready in the half bath on the first floor.
I am looking for someone laid back and easy going. I am pretty chill and want someone the same
I have a Great Dane and a small poodle mix. I don't expect anyone to take care of them but just know they are part of the house. They are really chill and lay around most of the time other than wanting some pets here and there
The room is furnished in the pics.. Nothing has to stay in the room.
