I’m looking to sublease my apartment at Pearl Lantana with plenty of space, huge bedroom and closet! Unit is in a prime spot next to the larger pool, gym/clubhouse and on the ground floor! My unit has a lower price compared to others in the complex! Lease is set to end in February, you have the potential to resign and keep the lower rate! There is a fifty dollar app fee, and a three hundred and fifty dollar lease change fee. My current hundred dollar deposit will be signed over to the person taking over my lease, so you will get your three hundred fifty dollars back and make a hundred fifty.

Located in SW Austin in a very quiet area with beautiful views and trails! Less than a ten min drive to downtown Austin, UT or Hill County Galleria. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease either late September-early October
