Small room available

Hi! I'm looking for a someone to be on the lease. Internet and the electric with JEA varies month to month but we'll be splitting it as well. both are excluded from the rent. There is a Deposit too. I work remotely so I'm home most of the time. I have three lovely and friendly dogs that are with me. They are cat friendly. My last roommate had three cute cats that roamed the house. Two are older so they all sleep most of the time. I either board them at a doggie place if I'm gone overnight or they stay in their kennels when I'm gone. The house has 1 full bath so we'll have to share, but it had a big fenced in yard and parking. Located off of normandy boulevard in Jacksonville! Would love to chat and meet up with you. Thanks! Available to move in now. You'll have to go through the application process to be added on the lease. I have another room available as well since it's a 3 bedroom house. I've just been using it as a office/storage room. I'm big on communication so no fighting or anything. I don't drink, smoke, drugs or bring people over either. I'm pretty chill and mostly read or watch anime in my free time.
