Family of 3 adults renting a large, clean, and furnished bedroom/basement with a private bathroom in Cleveland Heights. We offer a comfortable/clean queen size bed, dresser, big TV and desk.

Bus stop is within a 4 min walk from the house. Cleveland clinic is min away driving. We have had resident students rented in the past and they always said the location was very convenient.
Our ideal roommate is someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful. Someone who has an actual job and works outside of the house. We all three are in a phase in which we are busy working and studying so this is not necessarily a party house.
