Options;

Single renter : sixteen for both spaces with smaller room ideal for office or additional living space. Also allows for private bathroom.
Two renters : fourteen larger bedroom, twelve for smaller bedroom, bathroom shared by both renters.

Either rental option, will require shared utilities bills each month.

No children or pets please.

Owner occupied, quite, respectful, clean. Asks for no smoking inside. Parking on street, public bus stop at front entrance to community.

Shopping and dining with walking distance. Men preferred.
