Looking for a third roomie!

FEMALES ONLY Room for rent, length of lease is 1 year or negotiable depending on circumstance. Condo in Summer Key located close to town center. Bathroom is shared between one other working professional female. Living room and kitchen is shared space. Pots and pans and utensils and appliances are provided for use by one of the roommates same with shared space table and living room furniture/entertainment. Washer and dryer in the condo as well as all furniture provided. The room furniture is provided unless you do not want it then it can be removed. Two female engineers/IT consults work from home hybrid schedule. So we would ideally like a third working professsional. Proof of income required and at least 2x rent. No additional pets allowed. There is one dog in the condo, and he is an old sweet dog that is fully trained. Access to the community center with a pool and fitness center and it is a gated community. Utilities is only electric and WiFi which is approximately max $ a month split three ways. Rent is $ a month not including the utilities and security deposit is 1x monthly rent. Must pass background check and credit check and interview. Again must make 2x the monthly rent and provide proof of income. Looking for another third female only who is a working professional and is clean,no drugs, respectful, responsible , does not steal, fairly quiet, can take care of the provided shared kitchen space, and is not a party animal. Available for touring and available move in August 1st.
