Relocating to Texas in August

Looking for tenants who are clean, chill, respectful and someone who can pay rent on time. My house is clean and very well maintained. It is a 3 bedroom house and all the rooms will be available for rent June 1st. There’s a $ nonrefundable deposit to move in and all utilities are included. The master bedroom is $ a month and the other two bedrooms are $ a month.
