I have an unfurnished room available in a (shared) bathroom home for move-in September 1st. This property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in East Longmeadow. I’m looking to renew my lease this year and my roommate is moving out. The third bedroom is an office, and you’re welcome to use that shared space however you’d like.

I’m looking for someone easygoing and social, who’s a student or working professional, clean, and considerate. I’m open to small dogs or cats, and there is no extra fee. There’s a large, fenced-in backyard making this property perfect for pets! There’s also a fire pit if you want to have small social gatherings.

This property is right down the street from Big Y and Stop & Shop, and close to:
- Bay Path University
- Springfield College
- Western New England University
- AIC

All applicants will need to pass a background check.

A little about me:
I’m a year old working professional. After work, you’ll usually find me at the gym. I absolutely love animals! So if you have a dog or a cat that’s a plus. I’ve rescued and fostered cats in the past. I’m pretty social, and I like to have friends over from time to time. I’m looking for someone similar who enjoys peoples company. I’m very clean, and I’m looking for someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves.
