Available Now! Looking for a down-to-earth place to live? We've got a cozy room in our comfy home, shared with three existing housemates. You'll be sharing the bathroom with two clean and considerate folks. 3 males living here, will consider female in a platonic capacity only. No drama will be tolerated in this home.

Our place boasts a full kitchen and spacious living areas for all to enjoy. We're seeking someone considerate, honest, and tidy to join our household. We're not big on drama, couples, or overnight guests, but we're cool with smoking outdoors. One small cat is living here who keeps to herself mostly. We'd rather not have any more pets, but might consider under the right circumstances.

Though we're weed-friendly, we don't indulge anymore. We're looking for a responsible, respectful individual with a steady income to share the home plus of the monthly utility expenses (the current average total is about two hundred fifty split between all housemates).

A security deposit equal to one month's rent (move in fee) is required to move in. We want someone who will vibe with us, and also enjoy their privacy and personal space in the home.

Will consider a shorter term of no less than 6 months, but prefer someone who wants to be here at least until next April or longer.
