We bought the house last Summer. It’s brand new and was built in August of . My girlfriend is currently out of country until November st. I am looking for someone to rent the 1BR from July-November. Please note the entire front section of the house is yours. Bedroom, TV, weight room, and your own bathroom. We do have a blowup mattress but we would advise to bring your own bedding. We also will not lease to anyone who has people over, stays up late, or parties. I get up at am for work and I work from home for the government. I’m a security analyst and cannot tolerate partying or noise. Ideally I am looking for someone who is to their self and works a lot.
