This is a bath condo with a single car garage. The home is furnished; however, the bedroom is empty. If you are seeking a furnished room, I can make arrangements to do so. You will be able to use the garage as your space. A guest pass allows visitors to spend up to 9 nights overnight/month in the designated guest parking. Utilities are shared in months I am home, otherwise they are your responsibility. I am open to discussing other options. Willing to lease a minimum of 6 months but preference will be given to those wanting to stay 1+ years, who also meet the credit score criteria and acceptable background check. New flooring and window treatments were recently installed. You will have full access to the gym across the street and local shopping is just around the corner! Unit will be available November . Utilities are shared when I am home, otherwise the responsibility of the tenant. If you do have a dog, there would be a monthly pet fee.
