Looking for roomate and appartment.

My partner and I (Riel, female, age twenty-four. Jacob, male, age thirty-four) are looking for a roomate to rent an appartment, condo, or house with. I am currently working Full time while Jacob is currently his fathers full-time caretaker. With our current combined income, the only place we would be able to afford would be in very sketchy areas, so we are looking for a roomate (or roomates) to rent with so we can split the bill to afford living in a decent area. We are both responsible adults who maintain a clean living environment, and would expect the same of any potential roomates. We own 1 male cat who has been neutered and is up-to-date on all his shots. Neither of us mind living with someone who smokes indoors or outdoors (prefferably outdoors) as long as they don't chain smoke indoors, and open a couple windows when doing so. We expect everyone to provide their own food so everybody can feel secure in using the refridgerator and cabinets/cupboard(s) for storing their food without worrying about any of their food "dissappearing". I am a very quiet but friendly person, I tend to keep to myself most of the time. Jacob is polite and more outgoing, though a bit reserved as well. We both greatly look forward to moving into a new place with some friendly new faces.
