Looking for an Apartment

I am currently in search of an apartment that aligns with my lifestyle and preferences. If you have a space that fits the bill, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

I consider myself an ambivert, enjoying socializing as well as my quiet time. Being a part-time student and a professional, my life is quite busy. In my downtime, I enjoy hobbies such as gardening and cooking.

In terms of my apartment wishlist:
- I am seeking a living space with over square feet.
- Washer and dryer hookups are essential for me.
- Ideally, I am looking for a place in a safe area within a -minute drive to the Charlotte airport.
- Great sound insulation is important to me for a peaceful living environment.
- If possible, access to an outdoor patio for gardening would be wonderful.
- I would prefer not to be on the first floor for added security and privacy.

As a tenant, I am financially stable and can provide references if needed. I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized living space. I am respectful of my neighbors and value good communication with landlords.
