We are looking for a respectful, mannered, clean, tidy, and animal lover person who doesn't mind cuddling our cat if we are away. The house is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Publix and other shops, 5 minutes walking distance from the Fort Lauderdale Holiday Park and minutes walking distance from the beach. A
security bond is not needed however, any damage to the furniture will be charged at your own expense. Minimum required months. (The intention of leaving notice is 3
/4 of the rent payment). Police check.
