The location is convenient, it has easy access to Highway minute drive to LoHi/Denver). There’s also easy access to Boulder (and ~ minute commute to the mountains)! The details:

- Common areas are furnished, bedroom is not
- In unit washer/dryer
- There’s a flat, $/mo fee that covers all utilities (internet, electric, trash, cleaning service, some toiletries like toilet paper)
- House has a large backyard with BBQ/workout equipment
- Large single car garage for storage

Searching for a roommate who is looking for a super welcoming community, wants to integrate into Denver, and enjoys the outdoors.

House is pretty quiet during the working day, but we all love getting outside, being active, and enjoying the mountains.
