Looking for female roommates only. Someone who is quiet, clean, and financially stable. Majority of the household is female. Aside from me, I am the live in landlord.

Private room & shared bathroom with only one other person. Shared with me and I keep our bathroom clean. Room can come unfurnished/or furnished with a with a new bed and dresser.

Bedroom is small ’ ft. includes two hanging closet rod & shelves. Room has brand new air conditioner, ” OLED TV, and utilities are included.


Living space: Brand new top of the line Appliances: refrigerator, microwave stove, ” TV, and in unit washer & dryer. Spacious backyard with new outdoor furniture & Salt water hot tub.


Located in Granada Hills on San Fernando Mission and Balboa. Quiet/Residential neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. 4 miles away from CSUN. Next to shopping centers: Trader Joe’s, Target, Von’s and more.


Move in fee: 1st month and Last month Deposit. Utilities are included: Water, Power, high-speed Internet, and in unit laundry. Please provide me with your social media when messaging me so I kinda have an idea if we are a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you!

Gabi: She is an actor/stunt person & works in the entertainment industry. She has been with us for 2+ years.

Luana: She works as at host/server at a lounge in Beverly Hills. She Is our newest roomate. She’s been with us a year and has been my friend for years.

About me: I am the live in landlord. I work in the Aerospace industry. I overhaul landing gear wiring harnesses for commercial planes. I like to go to the gym in the morning, go to work, and play pickleball at night. On my time off I like to work on the house and try new food places to eat!
