Hello, I have a furnished room available for rent with a shared bathroom in my recently remodeled home. We currently have a few roommates, including two engineers in their mid-s who work at Vandenberg Space Force Base, as well as two female roommates—one is a manager at a coffee shop, and the other is a dentist, both also in their s. The home has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and we all help keep it clean and comfortable. Even with a few of us here, the house is usually quiet.The home is located in a nice gated community in Santa Maria, close to shopping centers and restaurants, and only a minute drive to Vandenberg Space Force Base.
