I am renting one large furnished room / queen size bed with sleep number mattress , private full bathroom , walk in closet in my quaint fully furnished 4 bedroom split level . Will live with me only ! . Ideally a professional male or female that is stable, very clean, no addictions and employed FT. No exceptions . I am a holistic therapist , Personal chef and also work a FT job . Must like animals, I have two adult and senior small dogs that are hypoallergenic, no odor, no hair shedding and trained they are very chill and love company .
. Absolutely no other pets permitted in the house .. Must be SUPER CLEAN , ORGANIZED and PRIVATE . MUST PROVIDE BACKGROUND check , Proof of employment , references. If you love peace and quiet, hiking trails , nature , privacy and convenient location this is an amazing place to be. Extremely peaceful, quiet location . This is for ONE person only, not a party house no sleep overs . Deposit required . It’s Not for a couple.. Month to month. Ideal for a professional on contract or traveling nurse .
