The space is a 883 sq ft 2X2A apartment and I am subleasing room B. 1,125.00, rent is per person and the lease would be from July 30th 2026 to July 29th 2027. Your roommate is an amazingly nice, clean and friendly girl! The apartment is furnished with a TV in living room, a private bathroom, washer and dryer in the unit, in utilities are included, pet friendly and just a 2 minute walk from UNC Charlotte’s campus. The lifestyle questions are answered by your roommate. Other amenities include 24/7 security, luxury style pool, gym on apartment grounds, amazon lockers, private study rooms, assigned parking, gaming lounge and an open courtyard for grilling and recreational needs. You can move in ASAP! You do not have to be a student! Application fee is 75 and transfer of lease is 300. I am willing to pay the transfer of lease fee!
