Would not recommend this house if you have pet allergies. Additional dogs will be on a case-by-case basis and must be accepted by the property management. No aggressive breeds.

-Ideally looking for a single individual as opposed to multiple people.
-Property is right off a busy-ish street so expect some car noise. For me it's not too noticeable.
