Any younger (20-30 years old) women or men (preferably a woman) looking for an house to rent in the ball state area? A friend and I are looking for 1-2 roommates. This price does not include utilities. This place is in Muncie close to BSU, down town, and the fair grounds. More about us: we are both in our low 20s women that work and don’t go to school. We have dogs and cats, we go to church every Sunday and young adults almost every week (we go to Union Chapel so if you go too that’s a plus).
