Special rent of $600 per month, including utilities, for a quick move-in. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway in a quiet and private area of the home. It includes a private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet and is available furnished or unfurnished. The renter will have access to the shared kitchen and common areas. This is a peaceful, owner-occupied Christian home shared by only two people—the homeowner and one renter. Prayer, Bible reading and Christian programming are part of my daily life, so the renter should be comfortable in this environment. The room is for one occupant only. No smoking, drugs, parties or overnight guests. Identification, proof of income, references, a background check, security deposit and written rental agreement are required.
