Hey all, Julian here. Have a room available in a 2-bedroom overlooking San Diego Bay and Coronado. Located in an historic neighborhood close to downtown, Hillcrest and Oldtown. About 5 minutes from OB and 10 minutes from PB, La Jolla by car. Short 5 minute walk to the trolley station at Washington St that connects the green line and blue line up to UCSD. I'm a 30 yr old solar designer and music teacher in La Jolla. Just myself and two chill cats in a quiet neighborhood. The location has 'mini San Francisco' vibes and is a minutes walk to Gelato Vero Caffe and Shakespeare's Pub. I'm a super quiet and chill tenant, roomie, usually keep to myself but always enjoy the occasional banter over a drink or two. The place has a great living room lounge with island views, and views of Coronado base (from the right angle you'd think you were in Honolulu)
There is a studio/garage below for additional storage, bikes, motorcycles but no room for car parking unfortunately (though its a great additional lounge space with nice views of Point Loma) Looking for someone to stay 1-6 months (most tenants/roommates like to utilize this space while searching for a more permanent situation: ie studio, 1-bedroom, etc) Ideal for graduate students, military personnel and new San Diego residents.
