Looking to rent a room

Description

I am a pretty chill and laid back guy that likes my job I like to create things (wood working, carveing, drawing, sometimes music but not often) and I like tv and movies. few pros of living with me would be that I’m easy going not argumentative and there will likely be little to no drama. I have steady income and won’t likely have friends over often or be loud at night during the week. Some cons would be that I’m not always the best at keeping my own space super clean(not gross just unorganized) but I am pretty good about keeping common spaces clean. I am also a smoker and do smoke quite often but I am willing to discuss setting rules about where smokeing is allowed and what not also I am relatively new to living on my own.
