Large room available 10/15

Description

I have a large room with private half bath in your room and shared shower(upstairs) for rent in my home. It is semi-furnished with a bed and couch. Electric, gas, and wifi are included. You will have access to the laundry and kitchen. This home does have dogs and one kitty when I am home so we can't have anymore animals. I am looking for someone mature who is quiet. I am fine with students as long as you understand this is a quiet place.
