Seeking Roommate by October 18th!

Hi! I’m Jessi, and I’m looking for a roommate (or potentially a couple!) to share my two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at The Reserve at Harper’s Point in Murfreesboro beginning around October eighteenth. You’ll have your own private bedroom AND private bathroom, and the rest of the apartment will already be furnished. Rent is hundred forty- dollars per month for one person. I’m also open to a couple sharing the room if we’re all a good fit—in that case, rent would be approximately hundred thirty dollars per person per month. The monthly amount includes nearly everything: internet, water/sewer, trash valet, pest control, and other apartment fees. Electricity is the only additional shared expense. I also pay for Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, which you’re welcome to use in the living room. The apartment has in-unit laundry, a new sectional, and your bedroom gets lots of natural light. A little about me: I’m thirty-three, work, and am currently pursuing my MBA. I’m usually pretty busy between work, school, working out, running errands, and hanging out with my dog and cat. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate—or couple—who is employed, LGBTQIA+ friendly, doesn’t have additional pets (I already have two!), and is generally respectful and easy to live with.
