Excellent local market with delicious sandwiches and organic produce is blocks away. **** $1700/month including utilities, internet, garbage, and gardener. A housekeeper is included every two weeks. 1st month's rent and $1700 security deposit needed to move in. Minimum 3 months lease. This is a room for rent not a house share. We have two indoor cats and will not allow additional pets.
