2nd bdr in townhome (dog in home)

Description

An old landlord has my old property available, is willing to let me put in a fence, and its a great spot, but I cannot afford the home alone. The total rent is $1875, and I’d be willing to pay over half for the master. I do have pictures, becuase I’ve already lived there, but the furniture would be different. I have an almost 6 year old lab mix - hes super friendly but during apartment living we’ve been attacked mutlitple times and I now need to prioritize getting him safe in a backyard. He’s uneffected, but I’m cautious. I have no vehicle so the garage and parking would be open. I do have cameras as well for safety, you could certainly have access.
