Currently in office a couple days a week. Looking for a room in an existing apartment or 1-3 people to apartment hunt with for a 3-4 bed. Move-in anywhere from Oct 1 to Nov 1. Budget is around $2,400 for my share, a little flexible for the right place. Looking at East Village, Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Gramercy, or Hell’s Kitchen, also open to Williamsburg or LIC. Coed is fine. About me: I climb and go to the gym most days, like going out on weekends, pretty low key during the week. Clean, respectful of shared space, have lived with roommates before.
