I am renting my 1 bedroom apartment in Reston, VA from October to the end of the lease in April. The rent is $1800 plus utilities. You will have access to all the amenities (gym, pool, private working space, etc ) 5 min from metro and Reston Town Center. Tenant will have to be added to the lease via the leasing office.
