Description

Lovely spacious 2bed, 2.5 bath condo, gated community and gated parking with parking spaces, 2 pools and jacuzzis, and tennis courts! Balcony and fireplace as well. My favorite part is that its a mile walk to the beach! Electric is not included in rent but its about 300$ each every 4 months. I pay gas and wifi, as well as buy TP and paper towels. You can use anything in the kitchen as far as all cooking stuff and seasonings! I want my roomie to feel comfortable in their own home. I have 2 cats, 1 is 4yr and the other one is 3 months- the kitten loves everyone! I’m very tidy and clean so cat hair should not be a problem.
I am a single 36yr old full time nurse M-F some weekends. I usually go to the gym after work or do some form of exercise. I like to cook, go the beach, I go out of town every now and then even if its just a weekend trip. I don’t have people over often but if I do I will always inform my roommate beforehand and I respect the same. I’d say i’m pretty easy going:) Lets see if we are a fit! Move in cost 3550$ (deposit 1750$ + rent 1800$)
