Seeking subleaser for Golden home

Description

Looking to sublease my room for a lease that goes through 6/1/2027. Ranch home with a separate living unit downstairs. You'd be sharing the main floor/bathroom with one other roommate. Both housemates are awesome, laid-back, early 30s dudes who are extremely active in the outdoors. While it's a pet-loving household, there's a firm no pets policy. Ideal spot if you enjoy getting out to the mountains (it's taken me 50 minutes to get to ABasin) and don't want to fight traffic. Ample street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood located at the base of Green Mountain, you'll have access to trails a couple minutes out the door. Hot tub, big backyard, and TONS of storage. Oh, and if you didn't see the garage, it's got every fitness toy imaginable. The $950/month covers everything, the landlord is the most responsive I've ever had. Shooting for a 9/1 start date, but I'm open to chatting about alternative dates
