This is a fully renovated house with new appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Comfortable living room with fireplace, brand new kitchen and washer and dryer. The house is located on a block corner and surrounded by many trees in a quiet neighborhood. We also have a garden and a patio outside equipped with a barbecue to enjoy the warm summer nights. There is plenty of parking space if you have a car. If not, public transportation is easily accessed: bus #49 stop to UBC or Metrotown is a 2 minutes walk and Canada Line Langara/49th is a 5 minutes walk. We are looking for a responsible and quiet roommate who respects others' privacy. As this room share a bathroom with another female roommate, female applicants have priority. References needed. A deposit of half the rent is required on moving in. No smoking, illicit substance use, or pets.
