Awesome room for rent southwest.

I have rooms for rent in our spacious home. We are moving in August 17 We are searching for a roomy that does not drink, use drugs, that has no kids, and has a reliable professional job or something that is consistent and can show proof of income. We are not looking for a partier or anyone with legal or drama issues. If you cant put a toilet seat down dont bother. Smokers okay but no smoking inside the home. We are 420 friendly.We have 2 felines so, maybe we would allow another small pet. No couples. The home doesn’t have furniture yet so if you have furniture that would be a plus. We are located in the southwest near Russell and s Durango about 7 miles from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. There is Shopping and strip malls all over the area. The vibe is we all be cool, respective, of the common areas. Must be able to clean up after themselves and if you use something replace it. We get up early and go about our day and expect the same. You will have access to the kitchen and common area and are free do do as you wish come and go. The room is spacious and it cost 800.00 per month with a 800 deposit. Looking for a month to month arrangement but must stay 6 months to get the deposit back. Utilities are extra which will be electric, gas, water, and internet.
