3 bed 2 ba located near federal and Yale, amazing back yard and a storage shed. We have a maintenance guy for any immediate fixes. Looking for a 420 friendly roommate to take over the third private bedroom. Rent is 900 a month with utilities averaging about 50-80. You'd be sharing the bathroom with myself 29 male.
