$900/month roommate wanted

Description

I’m looking for someone to move in to the second bedroom of my 2-bed 1bath apartment. Rent is $900 per month. It is newly renovated and includes nice appliances, a balcony, and free parking. All bills are included in the rent except for electricity, which I will split evenly each month with whoever moves in. Moving in will require being added to the lease, and the lease manager will conduct a credit and background check during that process. I am looking specifically for only one roommate (no couples). I’ll be the only other person living in the apartment. I’m 43 and have lived here for a year. Its a safe and respectful community. On my time off I take any chance to adventure into the mountains with my small chiweenie. I work full time outside of the home.
