Looking for someone to take over our lease at Arthouse Sawyer Yards as early as August 7th, 2026! We are looking to fill fast so we can move quickly for our new jobs - WILLING TO PAY AUGUST RENT!
1 bed/1 bath 630 square feet with a balcony and pool-view. Lease runs until June 8th 2027 and this lease will be completely transferred into your name after successful application with the leasing office. No security deposit necessary (apartment management will also transfer our deposit to you). Base rent is $1,787 but we (two people) typically pay about $1,950 after amenity fees and gas/power.
Located in a great spot - just between the Heights and Montrose, as well as walking distance to downtown. All new appliances and a gas stove. Walk-in closet and in-unit washer/dryer. Perfect place for young professionals and very pet friendly (apartment has dog park and dog bathing room)! We have enjoyed our time living here, but we are planning a move for a new job.
I am an avid cleaner, so the apartment is in great shape. We will also do a move-out clean prior to new tenant.
