Room for rent! Looking for roommate

Hi! We’re looking for one more roommate in Delray! Rent would be for one bedroom in a nice 3br apartment and complex near Atlantic ave and hwy exits and Boca, 10 min to the beach, Fau, Boynton, easy drive to Fort Lauderdale. Lots of 24/7 amenities- 10 second walk to the clubhouse with tons of space, I’ll take you on you a tour! Resort pool w fountains and cabanas, gym, covered/lit at night outdoor kitchen/bar/grill area with fireplace, random food trucks, and events with occasional DJs.
You get your own dedicated gigabit internet port with 4ms latency for competitive gaming included, just electric split by 3, large bathroom would be shared with one other person. Living room furnished w sectional and large tv/atmos home theater. Kitchen has fridge w display and led crystal art piece. The other roommates are 2 guys who keep really busy with work and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. And good with whatever! (roommates before liked golf, poker, playing guitar/piano, fortnite) we’re into music (mostly edm/ going to shows or chill backstage some weekends, and if you like hiphop or country all good too!) also into working out, video games, movies, marvel/Star Wars, dbz, game of thrones bunch of others. Occasional music playing ok, no pets unfortunately, occasional guests ok, and must be clean (like no piles of dishes and pans left in the sink for days) Let me know if any questions and also what you’re timeframe is for moving.
