Woodhaven Apartments

My is name Jack, 22M, looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom at Woodhaven apartments in Willington, about a 5 minute drive from the UConn Storrs campus. Rent is split $600 each, utilities (electric and wifi) usually costing about $100 each, water and heat is included in rent. There is an initial security deposit of $1000, which you recover when you plan to move out. Move in can be anytime, but first rent is due July 15th (half rent, $300). Regular full rent is otherwise due at the beginning of each month. Parking is free, and there is laundry available in the building. Both bedrooms have ac already built in, as well as another in the living room. The spare bedroom is the only thing not fully furnished.
