22 year old student needs home asap

I’m a male 22 year old student studying psychology, looking for an apartment, as soon as possible! I’m looking to live in Arlington VA or any surrounding areas of the dmv I’m moving from Boston Massachusetts and I am very athletic and love to play all sorts of sports and do all sorts of activities. I’m looking for someone who I can get along with and live peacefully.I’m currently in my gap year, actively in the dmv looking for full time work. I am very interested in bikes and MTB’s and I don’t currently have a car but I love cars. I’m very motivated to find an apartment with or without a roommate I can live peacefully with and maybe friends, maybe not. I do currently have savings and assistance from my parents for income until I’m working. I am looking to have roommates or no roommates!
