Lease takeover by June 16th

I’m moving out of the apartment on June 18th and would love for someone to take over my lease at the leasing office, which runs until December 14th, 2026. The apartment is fully furnished, including a living room with a table and chairs, two TVs, a mattress with a foldable bed frame/stand, and lots of kitchen tools. Plus, there’s a tennis court and a swimming pool, and it’s on the second floor. I’m asking $350 or OBO for all the furniture, plus $400 for the remaining rent for June.
