Looking for room for rent!

Description

I am relocating to San Diego late July and looking for just one other roommate! I am looking for someone to become friends with, not just co-exist together. I am looking for someone I will be able to explore the city with! I am super clean and super organized; I always clean up after myself. I am very respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours at night (I typically go to bed early). I try to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle and do not party anymore, but love a good wine night or cocktail bar. I will be working out of the house full-time in Carmel Valley.
