Hermosa Beach room for rent

2001 Pacific Coast Hwy, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, United States Hey everyone! I'm looking for 2 people to join my lease in October with a flexible move in date:) I've been in this apartment for 2 years and love the space and the location. It's an amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a gated complex - walking distance to the beach/bars/grocery stores. You would have your own room ( w the option of it coming furnished) and share a bathroom and a parking spot with 1 person. There is also lots of street parking. There's a large furnished kitchen and living room. The apartment complex has two pools, hot tub, small gym and laundry on . There are no pets allowed and no smoking. I'm 22 and work a 9-5:) I enjoy going out on the weekends and usually spend time with friends during the week. I would love to have roommates who are also in their early to late 20s; any gender is ok! The rent is $1305 a month plus utilities (around $70) and a $500 security deposit.
