Tenant seeks room(s), July & Sept

Hello! I'm Karin. I'm currently looking for: 1. A temporary room anywhere in the Boston area from July 1 through August — for myself only. I'm flexible on location. 2. One or two bedrooms in Cambridge starting September 1 for myself and my 15 year old son, who is enrolled at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. I have a background in human services, work in AI annotation and at a community organization in Cambridge, and serve on the Board of Directors of Community Church of Boston. I'm a calm, considerate housemate with a lot of experience in communal living. My son and I spend most of our time out of the house between work, school, and community commitments. We're generally quiet, respectful housemates. References available. Budget $1200- $1500 per room
